Makinde & Associates Consulting is a global business/government relation consulting company. We offer 1:1 leadership training as well as corporate group training programs. Our robust program will offer guidance and education on how to effectively build a brand that stands out from the rest while navigating the legalities of systems that create roadblocks in the early to late stages of business planning. We provide Capital Lending to construction businesses. We also provide motivational and educational speaking sessions to youth, colleges, and correctional institutions as well as business on how to further their businesses. This part of our service is provided globally as we work with developing countries on how to fortify their economic sector. Makai Royalties, LLC

Makai Royalties is a property investment and management company established in 2012. We have a high emphasis on "Flips" and rental properties. We have worked with Housing & Urban Development (HUD) providing shelter to families that are in dire need of housing. Our goal is to be a part of the solution to our homeless crisis in Ohio. Makai Royalties is committed to making a difference in our communities by providing affordable, clean, and safe housing to those that need it most.

Ultimately, we take abandoned homes or homes with an extensive amount of damage and rebuild (‘Flip’) them into beautiful -structurally sound homes built to last. We also invest in other property projects across the state.

Global Advertising and Media, LLC

Global Advertising and Media (GAM) is an advertising company. GAM specializes in billboard advertisement. We provide great customer service as we strive to offer our clients affordable and competitive prices.

Black Water Productions, LLC

Black Water Productions (BWP) is a music and video production industry that started in 2012 producing small, short documentaries. Today, we are diverting our attention to supporting short independent films.  We own and operate a local radio show on WCRS 98.1 called Global Views.  This show has hosted some of the great American philosopher, political activist, social critics, actors, and public figures of our time. The likes of actor Danny Glover and Philosopher Professor Cornell West are just examples of our former guest list. 

BWP is also a part owner of Barnyard Records. We are excited about the future to co-produce other up and coming music and video projects in the future.

Makinde Trucking, LLC

Our Services include:

The Makinde Foundation is a 501c3 social enterprise non-profit organization. One of our main goals is to build better schools for underdeveloped communities around the Globe. To collect and disseminate books, refurbished PCs, shoes & other educational tools to communities in underdeveloped countries where children lack adequate education & basic needs to attend schools.

Another one of our goals is to build a pipeline for community youths to construction management. To promote Civic and political education to underserved communities all around the country and International entities. To develop partnerships with other organizations that are aligned with our mission & purpose. To promote neighborhood co-ops as well as group building for the most vulnerable members of society, especially the youths and senior citizens. One of our local Projects in 2023 is our inaugural Juneteenth Parade In Linden, Columbus, Ohio.
